Melbourne HIV Exchange (mHIVE) World AIDS Day 2020 symposium

The sixth Melbourne HIV Exchange (mHIVE) World AIDS Day symposium - HIV and COVID-19: A clashing of epidemics, led by the mHIVE Committee, will be held on Tuesday, 1 December (World AIDS Day).

This event will bring together leading HIV researchers, clinicians, advocates and members of the HIV-affected community members to discuss how living with HIV has been affected in a COVID-19 world. This event will involve a keynote presentation by world leading HIV and COVID-19 researcher Dr David Ho (USA), presentation on the effects of COVID-19 and lockdown on HIV treatment and management by Dr Jillian Lau (Alfred Hospital) and a Community panel discussion on how COVID-19 has affected people living with HIV.
